Create a training module
There are three ways to start a module. All three end on the same canvas, where you edit scenes, attach screenshots and render.
Use this when you want to write the module yourself.
-
In the main menu, open Interactive Training > New Training.
-
Type a Module title, for example Working at height: the one rule.
-
Select Open node canvas.
The canvas opens with six scenes already wired:
Scene Purpose Hook Why this matters. Teach The one rule to remember. Question A checkpoint the learner answers. Wrong A calm correction, then try again. Right Confirms the rule. Recap What to do next time. -
Select each scene and replace the placeholder words with your own.
-
Attach a screenshot to any scene that shows a screen. See Add your screenshots.
Use this when the training already exists as a document.
-
Open Interactive Training > From PDF or deck.
-
Choose where your material comes from:
- File: upload a PDF or a PowerPoint (.pptx). Each page or slide becomes a scene, in order. Reignitor plans up to 12 scenes from one file.
- URL: paste a docs or wiki page. Reignitor reads the page and builds the outline from it.
- Prompt: describe the training in your own words.
- Script: paste a full script. Your words are kept exactly as written.
-
Fill in the Objective. It is required. Write it as “By the end, the viewer can…”. Keep to one objective per module.
-
Optionally add the Audience, for example new warehouse staff, first week.
-
Pick a Length: 1–2 min (the default, for a single task), 5 min or 10 min.
-
Check the Brand. Your brand kit is selected for you.
-
Select Create outline.
The canvas opens and Reignitor plans the module. It numbers the steps, adds a checkpoint question after every two or three steps, and sends wrong answers back to the step that teaches them.
Use this to reuse a module that already works, branching and all.
-
Open Interactive Training > My Training.
-
Under Examples, select Play it to try the module as a learner would.
-
Select Start from this.
Reignitor makes your own copy, called (my version), and opens it on the canvas. The questions and where each answer leads are kept. The rendered video is not, so you render your own.
-
Change the words and screenshots to fit your training.
Add your screenshots
Section titled “Add your screenshots”Reignitor never invents a screen. If a scene teaches a step in a system, it needs your real screenshot.
- Attach screenshots per scene on the canvas.
- If a scene is still waiting for its screenshot, the build button reads Upload assets and tells you how many are missing. Upload them before you render.
Render the module
Section titled “Render the module”-
Select Run storyboard to draw a frame for each scene. Frames are charged per frame, and Reignitor shows the cost before anything is spent.
-
Check each frame. Change a scene’s words and run it again if it is not right.
-
Select the build button (labelled Build advert) to render the video.
If the button asks you to describe scenes, upload assets or raise the storyboard score, do that first. It tells you what is missing.
Rendering a video needs a paid plan. See How credits work.
When the render finishes, the module shows as rendered in My Training, with its actions underneath. Next, add checkpoints or share it.
