Plans and credits
Section titled “Plans and credits”What can I do on the free plan?
Section titled “What can I do on the free plan?”You can make images, brand kits and brand guidelines. Video needs a paid plan. You get a one-time grant of credits when you sign up, and you do not need a card. Free credits do not refresh. Output made on the free plan carries a visible Reignitor watermark.

How do credits work?
Section titled “How do credits work?”You spend credits when you generate something, such as a storyboard frame, a video or an image. Reignitor shows the cost before anything is spent. See How credits work.
Does opening a canvas cost anything?
Section titled “Does opening a canvas cost anything?”Opening a canvas costs nothing. Anything that costs credits asks you to confirm the cost first.
What happens if a render fails?
Section titled “What happens if a render fails?”If it fails through our fault, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
How do I cancel?
Section titled “How do I cancel?”Open Plans from the account menu and select Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See Plans and billing.
Who handles payments?
Section titled “Who handles payments?”Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles your card details and any tax. Reignitor never sees your card number.
Your content
Section titled “Your content”Who owns what I make?
Section titled “Who owns what I make?”You do. You own what you upload and the videos, images and audio you generate, so far as the law allows ownership of AI output. We claim no rights in it. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you switch that option on. Our Terms have the full wording.
Can I make adverts for any brand?
Section titled “Can I make adverts for any brand?”Only for brands, products and materials you own or are allowed to represent. Prompts that name well-known brands or public figures are screened. If you are the agency of record for a brand that gets screened, contact support and we will verify it.
Why was my prompt refused?
Section titled “Why was my prompt refused?”Every prompt and upload is screened before anything is generated. Content that breaks our Terms, such as sexual content, violence, hate or impersonation, is refused.
Languages
Section titled “Languages”What languages can I use?
Section titled “What languages can I use?”- The app: English, Español, Français, Deutsch and Português. Change it in Settings.
- Your videos: you can render a finished video in other languages with a real narrated cut per language. The app lists the languages it can narrate. See Translate a module.
- Training Studio: renders one video per language from a list of common languages. See Training Studio.
Interactive training
Section titled “Interactive training”Does Reignitor deliver our training?
Section titled “Does Reignitor deliver our training?”No. Reignitor is the platform you use to build your training. You write it, you own it, and you deliver it to your learners by share link or through your own LMS.
Which LMS does it work with?
Section titled “Which LMS does it work with?”Any LMS that accepts SCORM 1.2 packages. SCORM 2004 is not available. See Export to your LMS.
Do you host an LRS?
Section titled “Do you host an LRS?”No. If you have your own LRS, the SCORM package can send xAPI statements to it.
Can I see who completed a module?
Section titled “Can I see who completed a module?”Named learners and their scores come through your LMS. The share link records views, completions and answers, but not names. See Share and see results.
