Settings

Open the account menu at the foot of the sidebar and select Settings. Settings has six tabs: Profile, Notifications, Security, Appearance, Plan & Billing and Danger Zone.

Profile

1. Open Settings > Profile.

2. Update any of these:

   • Full Name
   • Company
   • Role
   • Bio

3. Select Save Changes.

Note

Your email address is your sign-in, so you cannot change it here. To change it, contact support.

Interface language

Reignitor’s menus and buttons are available in English, Español, Français, Deutsch and Português.

1. Open Settings > Profile and find Locale.

2. Pick a language under Interface language.

The app changes language straight away. You do not need to save. The choice is remembered on this device, so set it again on another computer or browser.

The interface language does not change the language of your videos. To make a video in another language, see Translate a module.

Security

Change your password

1. Open Settings > Security and select Change Password.

2. Enter your Current Password, then your New Password twice. It must be at least 8 characters.

3. Select Update Password.

Forgotten your password? Reset it from the sign-in page instead. See Sign in and passwords.

Two-factor authentication is not available yet.

Appearance

Open Settings > Appearance and pick a Theme: Light, Dark or System. System follows your computer’s setting. The theme changes straight away and is remembered on this device.

Plan & Billing

Settings > Plan & Billing shows your current plan and credit balance, with links to:

• Credits & usage: your balance and what you have spent. See How credits work.
• Plans & subscription: change plan, update payment details and see invoices. See Plans and billing.

Danger Zone

• Sign Out signs you out on this device.
• Delete Account closes your account. See Delete your account.
