Sign in and passwords

Create an account

You get free credits to start, and you do not need a card.

1. Go to the sign-up page and select Start free.

2. Choose one:

   • Select Sign up with Google.
   • Or enter your name, work email and a password, then select Create Free Account.

If the email already has an account, Reignitor tells you and asks you to sign in instead.

Sign in

• With Google: select Continue with Google.
• With email: enter your email and password, then select Sign In.

Google is the only sign-in provider. If you signed up with Google, keep using Google to sign in.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.

2. Enter your email and select Send reset link.

3. Open the email and select the link. The link expires after 1 hour.

4. Enter a new password twice. It must be at least 8 characters.

5. Select Reset password. You are taken back to sign in.

Note

For your security, the page does not say whether an email has an account. If no email arrives, check your spam folder, then check you used the address you signed up with.

If the link has expired, request a new one.

Change your password

While you are signed in, change it in Settings > Security. See Settings.

Sign out

Open the account menu at the foot of the sidebar and select Logout. You can also sign out from Settings > Danger Zone > Sign Out. Either way signs you out on this device only.
