How credits work
Credits are what you spend to generate things in Reignitor. Each action that uses AI or rendering costs credits: drawing storyboard frames, rendering a video, making an image, translating, cloning a voice, and so on. Browsing, editing words and opening a canvas cost nothing.

You see the cost first
Section titled “You see the cost first”Before anything spends credits, Reignitor tells you how many it will take.
- A confirmation shows the cost, for example This will take 3 credits from your balance. Select Use 3 credits to go ahead, or Cancel.
- Some costs depend on length, such as a voice clone or a translation. The confirmation says so before you continue.
- Credits are taken when the job starts.
The number in the example above is only an illustration. The real cost is always the one on your screen.
If a render fails
Section titled “If a render fails”If a generation fails through our fault, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically.
Where credits come from
Section titled “Where credits come from”- Free plan: you get a one-time grant of credits when you sign up. They do not refresh. On the free plan you can make images, brand kits and brand guidelines. Video needs a paid plan.
- Paid plans: credits come with your plan and refresh each billing cycle. Your plan’s credits arrive when your subscription starts and at each renewal.

See your balance and history
Section titled “See your balance and history”Open the account menu, select Settings > Plan & Billing, then Credits & usage.
The Credits page shows:
- Your available credits.
- Usage History: each action, the credits it used or added, and the date.
If top-up packs are offered on your account, they appear under Top Up Credits.
When you run out
Section titled “When you run out”Reignitor tells you before you get stuck, and says what to do next.

You can close a banner with x. It stays closed for the rest of your session.
