Plans and billing

Plans, prices and what each plan includes are on the Pricing page. This guide covers how to change your plan and manage billing.

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar takes your card details and handles any VAT or sales tax. Reignitor never sees or stores your card number.

Upgrade

1. Open the account menu at the foot of the sidebar and select Plans.

2. On the Subscription page, pick a plan and select Upgrade.

3. Complete the secure checkout.

4. You return to Reignitor. Your new plan’s credits appear shortly.

Raise your credit allowance

Some paid plans let you add more monthly credits without changing plan. On the Subscription page, adjust the credits on your plan’s card and select Update credits.

Update payment details or see invoices

1. Open Plans.

2. Select Manage Billing.

3. The billing portal opens. Change your plan, update your card, or download invoices there.

If a payment fails, the Subscription page says payment needs attention. Update your card in the billing portal. You keep your plan while the payment is retried.

Cancel

1. Open Plans.

2. Select Cancel subscription. The billing portal opens.

3. Cancel your subscription there.

After you cancel:

• You are not charged again.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• At the end of that period, your account moves to the free plan.

Note

Refunds follow our Terms. In short: credits that have been used for a finished job are not refundable, and credits for a job that fails through our fault return to your balance automatically.
