Delete your account

Closing your account is a two-part job. You close the account yourself in Settings. Then, if you want your data permanently erased, you ask us by email.

Caution

Cancel any paid subscription first. See Plans and billing. Download any videos and images you want to keep before you close the account.

Close your account

1. Open the account menu at the foot of the sidebar and select Settings.

2. Open the Danger Zone tab.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Type DELETE in the box, then select Permanently Delete.

Your account is deactivated straight away and you are signed out. You can no longer sign in or use it. The confirmation window warns that this cannot be undone, but your data is not erased yet. Read the next section.

Erase your data permanently

Deactivating the account does not erase your data. To have it permanently deleted, email hello@reignitor.com from the address on your account and ask for your account and data to be erased. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We reply within one month.
